Making Payment

You may make payment on-line via Paypal or if you prefer, by cheque - just E-mail us and we will call you with details. All Prices include Vat and are accurate at time of publishing. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt of order,subject to clearance of payment. Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail signed for. Bespoke items may take longer. Most items however are posted within a day or two.
 


Back Orders

All orders are subject to the availability of the goods offered. If the goods that you ordered are out of stock we will contact you and advise you. You will have the option of keeping the product on back order, accepting an alternative product or canceling the order for that item.

Returns

We want you to be happy buying from Groovy Greyhounds. All of our products are hand made. There may be slight differences between the picture on the web site and the goods that you receive. This is the beauty of buying hand made products. Please e-mail us if you are unhappy with any purchase. Any goods returned must be unused and returned at your cost unless faulty. 
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Taxes / VAT

All UK taxes are included in the price. Outside the UK this may differ. For more information on your local taxes and duties please contact your own customs authorities.
